With the downfall of All Advantage it is hard to say what the future of "Paid To Surf" programs will be. A few started with realistic views of the income potential of the net and these seem stable.
Cash Fiesta This could be the one you've been waiting for! Get a percentage of their income per hour just for running the "fiestabar". No need to actively surf to earn money ... you can use any application (email, graphics programs, write reports, etc.) and rack up the bucks while doing it. Pays 6 levels deep. Spedia Paying up to $.70 per hr! This has turned out to be one of the better programs out there. They had their problems at the start but those are long gone. Unlimited hours ... new payment structure ... multiple ways to earn money ... Why haven't you joined, yet?? (Not available for Mac)
GetPaid4 You get paid as long you're online and your mouse moves once in a while. Go ahead and read your mail, write reports, or whatever else you need to do ... you still get paid! Make additional money with optional add-ons. Available Internationally!
Utopiad Get paid for unlimited hours ! Now they have added a read mail program that makes it even better. Get in on this one!
GoToWorld They give you a browser that can be minimized to a movable banner. Read your email, work with your graphics program, chat, or anything else as long as you're online and get paid ! It also works with the AOL browser.
Epipo You will get paid $.60 per hr for you to use their cash bar. Available NOW. Windows systems, only.
Adsenger They pay users to look at ads you select. Their system is simple and can earn you 10 bucks per ad. You make about $0.50 per minute instead of surfing hours with a surf-bar. This is the least intrusive money maker on the web.
BePaid.com A program that is very different. They do not have an ad bar. Instead they rest in your task bar until an ad is available. You then have the option of watching a 5-30 second ad on their "AdVision" screen, saving it to view later, or ignoring it. This is a very nice program that pays very well. The Advision downloads have begun! PC only.

Web Earners This is an interesting new program (Feb, 2001). Simply visit a few sites each day and get paid. They are paying monthly with no minimum!

TheMail.com This one adds up quickly. Simply give away free web-based email addresses. You get paid for every email that your referrals read. Pays 15 levels!
Process Tree Here is way for you to let your computer earn money for! Process Tree pays you to use your CPU. You simply download a project, let their software process it, upload it to them, and get a check. As long as your computer is turned on it's making you money!
RadioFreeCash If you're like me, you listen to music while you're online. Now you can get paid for it! Easy to set up and use. You can earn a $25.00 bonus just by telling 25 friends about it ... even if they don't join. BTW, I find myself listening to their comedy channel (is that a character flaw?).
